TERMS OF THE PROMOTION

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) regulate the promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) organized by SPORTYPOOL LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
1.2 The Promotion is conducted within the framework of the provision of services regulated by the Online Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and is an addition thereto. All provisions of the Contract shall apply to the participants of the Promotion (hereinafter - “Participants”) in the relevant part.
1.3 Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. By paying for the order, the Participant confirms that he/she has read the Agreement and these Terms and Conditions and agrees with their provisions.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
2.1 Any individual or legal entity who has paid for any order under the Agreement shall become a participant of the Promotion.
2.2 Within the framework of the Promotion the Participant receives a bonus - access to online group support in Zoom for a period of 6 months.
2.3 Group support includes one meeting per month and is organized by categories of participants in accordance with the GYBRY system.
2.4 Access to group escorting is provided only for the duration of the Promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
2.5 To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must be subscribed to the official Telegram channel of the Contractor https://t.me/GYBRYOFFICIAL.

3. TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS
3.1 The Promotion shall be held from March 27, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The Contractor reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion without prior notice.
3.2 The Executor has the right to terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time at its discretion without giving any reasons. In case of termination of the Promotion the obligations on already confirmed bonuses are preserved.
3.3 The time of granting access to the group escort is indicative and can be changed at the discretion of the Executor.

4. OTHER CONDITIONS
4.1 The Executor is not responsible for the Participant's inability to use the group escort due to technical or other reasons.
4.2 The Participant agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Contract and the Executor's privacy policy.
4.3 Disputable issues arising in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the Contract.
4.4 The Executor has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The current version of the Terms is published on the Executor's website.
