TERMS OF THE PROMOTION

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 These terms and conditions (hereinafter - the “Terms”) regulate the promotion (hereinafter - the “Promotion”) organized by SPORTYPOOL LLC (hereinafter - the “Provider”).
1.2 The Promotion is conducted within the framework of the provision of services regulated by the Online Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and is an addition thereto. All provisions of the Contract shall apply to the participants of the Promotion (hereinafter - “Participants”) in the relevant part.
1.3 Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. By submitting an application for participation in the Promotion, the Participant confirms that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the Agreement and these Terms and Conditions and agrees with their provisions.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
2.1 Any physical person who filled in the form on the Executor's website or in Telegram-bot during the Promotion period can become a participant of the Promotion.
2.2 Within the framework of the Promotion, the Executor provides the Participant free of charge with information about the eligibility of the category to which Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi belong in the GYBRY system.
2.3 The answer is provided in the format “Yes” or “No”. The Contractor, at its discretion, may provide additional information but is not obliged to do so.
2.4 The methods of providing information correspond to the methods specified in the Contract: by e-mail, Telegram, SMS or other means determined by the Contractor.

3. TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS
3.1 The Promotion shall run from “March 25”, 2025 to “December 31”, 2025. The Contractor reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion without prior notice.
3.2 The Executor may terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion without giving any reasons. Termination of the Action does not entail any obligations for the Executor to the Participants.
3.3 The Executor does not guarantee the receipt of a response within a specific period of time. The time of providing a response is tentative and may be extended indefinitely without notice to the Participant.

4. OTHER CONDITIONS
4.1 The Contractor shall not be liable for the consequences of the Participant's use of the information received.
4.2 The Participant agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Contract and the Executor's privacy policy.
4.3 Disputable issues arising in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the Contract.
4.4 The Executor has the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The current version of the Terms is published on the Executor's website.
