The GYBRY system and the GMI Index were developed by our team on the basis of many years of research and real-world implementations. It is a mental fitness tool, not a medical product: it does not provide diagnoses and does not replace doctors.

Every day — a 2-minute check-in. The algorithm converts your answers into a GMI score, recommendations, and today’s priority. If you wish, you can connect passive signals (sleep, activity, journal, etc.).
Results: you can realistically see the first changes after 7 days, and a stable strengthening trend by day 30.
